How I Approach the Work

Most of the uncertainty around working together comes from not knowing what will happen next.

This page is here to make the process clear, not rigid, but predictable enough that you know where you stand at each stage.

Step 1.

We start with a simple conversation

No pitch, no obligation. I ask about your business, what’s not working, and whether I’m actually the right fit to help. If it’s a good match, we move to the next step. If it’s not, I’ll tell you honestly.

From here, the process depends on what you need.

Step 2.

I review what you already have

If it feels like a good fit, I’ll take a close look at your existing website or materials.

I’m not searching for mistakes. I’m paying attention to moments where a reader might pause, get confused, or miss what makes your work valuable.

Often, the issue isn’t missing information, it’s emphasis, order, or tone.

Step 3.

We clarify the message

This is where most of the thinking happens.

I ask questions, some practical, some uncomfortable, to get to the heart of what you actually offer, who it’s for, and why it matters.

Together, we shape those answers into clear, human language that reflects your work honestly, without over-selling or oversimplifying.

Step 4.

I rewrite the key pages

Based on that clarity, I rewrite the agreed pages, usually the homepage, about page, and service descriptions.

The aim is not to sound “more professional,” but more accurate.

Words that feel grounded, readable, and natural, the kind that make sense even when someone is skimming with limited time.

Step 5.

Review and adjustment

You’ll receive the rewritten content with space for feedback and refinement.

This part is collaborative. We adjust tone, emphasis, and phrasing until the words feel right, not just correct, but true to how you work.

Step 2.

We define what "testing the market" means for you

Before anything else, we agree on what success looks like, a certain number of leads, a pilot customer, a clearer read on demand. Without a defined target, market entry work has no way to be judged as working or not.

From here, the process depends on what you need.

Step 3.

I assess the ground reality

I look at what your entry actually requires, office space, basic legal and compliance steps, and whether a local presence makes sense yet. This part is honest, not promotional: if the market doesn’t look ready, I’ll tell you before you spend more.

Step 4.

I become your local presence

Once we’re aligned, I act as your representative in Indonesia, reaching out to prospects, running early sales conversations, and reporting back what the market is actually telling us, not just what we hoped to hear.

Step 5.

We decide what's next, together

At the end of the engagement, you’ll have real answers: interested customers, a clearer picture of the market, and enough information to decide whether to commit to a full setup, or hold off.

What I Pay Attention To

Throughout the process, whether it’s your words or your market, I’m paying attention to a few things:

The goal is always the same: clarity that respects both you and the reader.

A Few Practical Notes

What I do promise is care, attention, and language, or a market read, that reflects reality accurately.
